Quests
Quests in the game come in various types and difficulty levels, each offering different challenges and rewards. The difficulty of a quest directly influences the amount of experience (XP) and in-game currency players can earn upon completion.
Quest Types
Main Quests: These are storyline-driven quests that propel the game’s narrative forward. Main quests are often more complex and require players to complete multiple objectives. They offer substantial rewards, including large amounts of XP and valuable items or currency.
Side Quests: Optional tasks that players can complete to gain additional rewards. Side quests vary in difficulty, from simple fetch missions to more challenging tasks that require skillful combat or puzzle-solving. Rewards include moderate amounts of XP and useful items.
Daily Quests: Repeatable quests that players can complete each day. These quests are designed to encourage regular play and often provide consistent, smaller rewards. The difficulty is generally lower, making them accessible to most players.
Event Quests: Limited-time quests that coincide with special in-game events or seasons. These quests often feature unique challenges and exclusive rewards that are only available during the event period. The difficulty can vary widely, depending on the nature of the event.
Experience and Rewards
The amount of XP and rewards players earn from quests is directly tied to the quest’s difficulty level. Harder quests require more effort and skill but offer greater rewards, making them attractive to players seeking to level up quickly or acquire valuable items.
Experience Points (XP): XP is awarded upon completing quests and is essential for leveling up your character. The harder the quest, the more XP you earn. This encourages players to take on more challenging quests as they progress in the game.
In-Game Currency: Quests also reward players with in-game currency, which can take several forms:
Special In-Game Currency: This currency is specific to the game and can be used to purchase specials within the game. It is not directly tied to the blockchain but plays a crucial role in the in-game economy.
Items: Instead of, or in addition to currency, players may receive valuable items such as weapons, crafting materials, or rare collectibles as rewards. These items can enhance gameplay or be traded on the marketplace.
Convertible Currency (CTL): In some cases, the special in-game currency or items obtained through quests can be exchanged for CTL tokens. This exchange can be done at in-game exchanges or through money-changers who offer varying rates. The CTL token is a blockchain-based currency with real-world value, adding an extra layer of incentive to complete quests.
